Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

Technical Questions or Order Inquiries: Email us, or Call 1-800-342-5059 to speak with a representative regarding technical questions about merchandise specifications, price, or delivery of your order. Open Monday thru Friday 9AM to 4PM EST.

Backorders: Any item placed on backorder will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Backorders are charged 1/2 of regular shipping.

Shortages: GolfMole strives very hard to ship every order correctly. If you find an item has been left off your order or shipped incorrectly, please notify our Customer Service Department at 1-800-342-5059 within 3 days of receipt, Monday thru Friday 9AM to 4PM EST.

Damaged and Returned Goods

Damaged Shipments: All damaged shipments must be reported to carrier before contacting Golf Mole.

Returned Merchandise: Please contact a GolfMole Customer Service associate before returning any product. You will need the invoice number for the item being returned. Merchandise will not be accepted for return unless authorized by customer service and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. New merchandise returned after 15 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. GolfMole will not accept used or damaged merchandise for return. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Golf Mole takes great pride in providing high quality, first class components and clubmaking supplies. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply call and get a Return Authorization Number. You may return any unused product within 15 days of the invoice date for a full refund of the product price.

Warranty

One year from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects. Invoice of purchase is required for warranty evaluation. Parts and labor included. Labor not included on clubs not assembled by GolfMole. Negligence, abuse, misuse and normal wear are not covered. GolfMole will assume no liability for damage or injury arising from clubs not assembled by our GolfMole manufacturing facility. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
